It’s Dungeon’s and Dragons but now it’s in cartoon form. No, not that terrible show from the 80’s. It’s the terrible movie from 2008. Be amazed as actual decent voice talent is lost in a sea of generic fantasy music and shitty editing.

But it probably deserves it. Loved the setting as a kid, but it’s not exactly great.
Also watched this movie as a kid. Even back then, with no taste as most children are, I didn’t really care for this one.
From what I understand, they actually wrote this book based on their own D&D game. The reason it seems so much like a boring game story is because that’s all it is. They stopped doing that for the later books and you can tell. I mean, they aren’t great, but they also aren’t the steaming pile this first one is.
