My friends, in the interest of transparency, I am only just now realized this game has a subtitle! So don’t look for that in the episode, we didn’t notice. It’s Delta Force: America Strikes Back! And it is, among other things, by the same people that made Prime Directive and from around the same time frame, so… well you can take from that whatever you want.
System Mastery 
I saw the name but not the photo of the cover art so I thought it was Delta *Green*, the Cthulhu-adjacent game. It was certainly an exciting way to start an episode of system mastery.
Nothing really to add to your review except, if no one’s pointed it out, “Carlos” is probably “Carlos the Jackal”, a k a Ilyich Ramirez Sanchez, the Venezuelan far-left terrorist in the 70s and early 80s who was kinda a weird sex symbol for a while. Looking at Wikipedia to refresh my memory, I learned he was jailed in France after bring betrayed by the Sudanese while recovering from balls surgery. So that’s something, I guess.
